Martin's small COOKING SCHOOL

Since 1990 I am infected with the virus "cooking". After my apprenticeship in Kassel I went looking for constantly new techniques and ingredients, which brought me to well-known 5*-Hotels and Restaurants in Germany and England.

After years of wandering I completed my education in one of the most prestigious Hotel Schools in Germany, in Heidelberg, with the title of Head Chef and stately certified restaurateur.

My career path then lead me to the United States of America, where I worked as Head Chef. During my time there, I was also invited to cook in the renowned James Beard House in New York City, as well as for local TV stations and was featured in numerous magazines.

Since 2006 I live and work with my wife in her paternal home, the Hotel-Restaurant Holzinger in Möllersdorf.
